Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure fairness, our return policy is limited and applies only under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility Window: Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of car audio accessories, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Cut wire, custom-length cable, or special orders.
    • Opened fuse holders, RCAs, or installation accessories.
    • Installed or used speakers or amplifiers
    • Items damaged due to improper installation, handling, or misuse.
  • Defective Products: If your product is defective upon arrival, contact us at sales@canasoundshop.ca within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or credit at our discretion.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply on non-defective returns.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/clearance items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. No exchanges on sale or clearance items.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less the restocking few within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@canasound.com.
